小提琴手小影（卢杉 饰）搬进了一个四室一厅的合租房，龙岭受到了合租的三位房客：龙岭娘娘腔的健身教练林郁（傅亨 饰）、“微博网红”莫正（宋撼寰 饰）和交际花妹子婉苏（吴谨西 饰）的热烈欢迎。四个看似不同的人在一起相处融洽，另外三人之间似乎也着特别密切的关系；然而在小影发现一本神秘笔记本后，噩梦逐渐入侵，笔记本上惊心动魄的记录一幕幕 重新在小影生活中发生，小影开始出现幻觉，认为自己是另一个人；通过探访，她发现日记本的主人正是自己房间的前任租客，却因一起离奇意外死于非命。而更多离奇惊悚的事件纷至沓来，直到一位自称是她男朋友的人出现，小影似乎发现自己有了另一种身份，而整个合租屋正被阴森诡异的凶险笼罩着……
