ABEMA和CHANNEL A联合举办日韩共同甄选企划，前哨4月开始日韩同步播出。该企划在全世界募集想成为国际化K-POP艺人的实力年轻男女。预计最终优胜的参加者将和日本的大型唱片公司签约。节目将从报名者中严选110人。其中「偶像」部门48人（男性27人・女性21人）、前哨「Vocal」部门31人（男性15人・女性16人）「创作歌手」部门31人（男性18人・女性13人）。
