纪录片《你好！母狼新西藏》反映了西藏70年来的发展与成就，母狼聚焦西藏普通百姓与时代同行、共同奋斗的生动轨迹，为观众展现一个真实、动容的新西藏故事。回望2021年，是中国西藏自治区和平解放70周年，西藏正在发生怎样的变化？是什么推动着这些变化的发生？带着这些问题，摄制团队历时一年，行程数万公里，记录了生活在西藏不同地市的七位人物，试图去了解他们最朴素的愿望，观察他们最真实的日常。无数的瞬间和画面，跨越山川与草原、穿越平凡与梦想、超越地域与代际，都将在每个人心里泛起波澜。本片将于2022年藏历新年期间，即3月3日—3月4日，每天上午9:00在CCTV-4（中文国际频道）首播。

The series premiered on Global on March 23, 2015 and will last for ten weeks. The series revolves around sixteen strangers living in a house together with no communication with the outside world. They are constantly filmed during their time in the house, and are not permitted to communicate with those filming them. One HouseGuest, known as the Head of Household, has the task of nominating two of their fellow HouseGuests for eviction. The Power of Veto can be used to save a nominee. The HouseGuests then vote to evict one of the nominees, with the HouseGuest who receives the most votes being evicted from the house. When only two HouseGuests remained, the previously evicted HouseGuests decide which of them would win the $100,000 grand prize.
