回复 :天龙公司总裁王天龙（鲁非 饰）的妻子张丽丽（梁丽 饰），与前男友刘彪（张京生 饰）偷情被保姆（秦志钰 饰）发觉，王天龙捉奸不成提出离婚。刘彪图谋王的钱财，当初让张嫁王时就做好日后安排。此时王被查出患了绝症，恰巧前情人的女儿小娥（李燕燕 饰）找上门来，吴建（周杰 饰）帮小娥抢回被流氓夺去的提包，小娥心存感激。眼见王家父女团聚，张丽丽心生妒恨。保姆说自己的儿子是王天龙所生，王听后极度反感。在一个雷雨之夜，刘彪毒死了王天龙，盗走了装钱的密码箱。刑警介入后在保姆房间搜出毒药，保姆则认定张丽丽陷害她。此时，刘彪已遇害身亡，闻讯后张丽丽自缢。王天龙也遭人追杀......
