因为一场意外，欧美龙五（狄龙 饰）踏上了逃亡的旅途。一晃眼多年过去，欧美风头已经过去，龙五再度回到了香港，发现自己的好友阿黄（黄百鸣 饰）如今已经成为了一名牧师。阿梅（林青霞 饰）曾经是龙五的女友，如今已经嫁为人妇，然而，她的丈夫不是别人，竟然是黑社会的大佬。龙五劝说阿梅弃暗投明，离开丈夫。但阿梅却难逃魔爪，最终被丈夫折磨致死。愤怒和绝望之中，龙五大开杀戒，向敌人实战了最残酷的复仇。虽然动机是正义的，但龙五的一举一动还是触犯了法律，最终他被警方捉拿归案，并且判处了死刑。在行刑前，龙五做出了一个大胆的决定，这个决定让他成为了真正的英雄。

Amiko’s unbeaten spirit in the face of tired adults and uncooperative classmates lets us go through the pain, as well as experience flashes of mischievous whimsy, alongside a spiriting musical sequence that will ensure you’ll never listen to a conga drum the same way.
