在上海某个里弄不起眼的角落里，本德为了学习机械表制作技术的日本青年阿良（三浦春马 饰）埋首工作。他在泳池偶然邂逅了美丽女子若蓝（刘诗诗 饰），本德应对方之邀，阿良帮对方选择了送给他人的礼物。以此为机缘，阿良得以结识若蓝及其双胞胎姐妹如玫（刘诗诗 饰）。与沉稳恬静的若蓝不同的是，身为知名模特的如玫落落大方，开朗洒脱。但在进一步的交往中阿良发现，若蓝对如玫抢走了许多她的东西抱有深深的怨恨，甚至连她最初喜欢的人天伦（张孝全 饰）如今也成为如玫的未婚夫。两个孤独的人儿敞开心扉，阿良和若蓝坠入爱河。谁知命运急转直下，如玫与若蓝相约前往毛里求斯做婚前的单身旅行，结果却发生了意外。姐妹俩只有一人回来，而她究竟是谁，没人能分得清楚……
