福建省福泉镇的龙村，人人人爽人人地方繁荣，人人人爽人人百姓安居乐业虽然仍有一些投机者夹杂其中，但地方村民受到龙村少林国术馆馆主的维护，投机者无法施展其技俩。但龙村地方繁荣倒是引起外来恶徒的垂涎。福泉镇每年一度的国术竞技比赛，优胜者可担任国术总会的总管。多年来，民防保安队队长一直被地方鼠辈何荣父子事前收买为评判员，以取巧方式得胜，使其掌管国术总会，进而向村民收取保护费。龙村少林馆主庄泰，为一少林正派宗师，务必在今年的比赛大会中争取胜利，解除村民的负担
