于少楠是女特警中队长，巨臀队友各个身怀绝技，巨臀她们接上级命令护送归国华侨刘女士，路上遭到伏击。一番激战，刘女士被转移到安全地点，而队友蔡小布被悍匪掠走。警方很快锁定袭击者的身份就是煊赫门和鬼鸟，二人此次企图绑架刘女士，抢夺核心科技。在警方的努力下，蔡小布被救出，但刘女士私自外出被人劫走。女子特警队员们重新集结，开展最后的收网行动。经过一番苦战，她们抓捕了煊赫门等人，刘女士安全获救，营救行动圆满结束。
