本片為華南影帝張瑛與梁天合作的清末喜劇，国产二人在片中分別飾演「刁師爺」荒唐鏡及「足智多謀奇人」陳夢吉，国产角色既鬥智力亦鬥演技，拼擦出火花。故事描述足智多謀的陳夢吉，為打聽師妹下落，連同僕人來到順德。後得知當地有名「刁師爺」荒唐鏡，刻薄成性，遂扮成僕人應聘且提出三項條件，荒不虞有詐。誰料往往被陳抓到痛處，一連串「鬥智鬥力」的腦筋比拼隨即展開。

回复 :朴万秀（甘宇成 饰）即使在没有摄像头的马路上开车，车速也决不会超过60。面对妻子提出离婚和老板炒自己鱿鱼之后，一贯的本分规矩做人的他终于在一连串的爆发式行为之后，挑衅性的在一块“禁止小便”的告示前当街撒尿。朴万秀第一次也是惟一的一次出格行为居然被警察给逮个现行，良好市民朴万秀在警局遭遇送上门来让警察逮捕他的梁澈坤（金秀路 饰）。梁澈坤是一个与朴万秀截然相反的，说话大声、喜欢无理取闹的梁澈坤是一个可以把监狱当成避难所的人，出入警局更是他的家常便饭。一个着急回家处理和老婆的问题，一个着急进监狱享受免费的晚餐，再加上一大帮“公正严明”的警察，一个让人啼笑皆非又略带悲情的故事就此拉开序幕。
