回复 :《小房东》一剧以喜剧化的手法刻画普通人的日常生活，集中展现了城乡结合部的生活原生态。故事围绕着出租房屋和经营饭馆展开，刘二喜、大华子的感情出现问题，刘四爷、刘有余和马姥姥也各有各的想法，各支各的招，惹出许多啼笑皆非的故事。剧中人物各有特点，刘二喜的绵，大华子的醋，刘四爷的倔，马姥姥的泼，刘有余的赖，美美的傲，白小的刁，水灵的憨，等等，都不是完人，都有点小毛病，但都很可亲可爱。经常置身于一种尴尬的情境，也总能一一化解，体现了普通老百姓特有的生活智慧和幽默感，让观众似曾相识之余，会心一笑。
