警方得知黑社会走私一批黄金，视频并派胡排等人监视、视频辑捕，不料却被五鼠绑劫走。胡排女友小野猫，假借胡排名义在外办案，一日，小野猫巧遇么鼠在吸毒，正欲逮捕他时却被大老板的保镖拼命三娘阻拦，小野猫反被控冒充刑警。五鼠劫得黄金找大老板出手，被大老板黑吃黑，并杀死么鼠灭口，经小野猫与胡排调查后，经发现与千面狐、笑面虎有关，众人展开了一场奇谋百出的黄金争夺战。
