《进击！父仇春日三班》是《怦然心动20岁》第三季的衍生节目，父仇来自全国各个高校的毕业生少年，因为《怦然心动20岁》第三季而相聚在一起组成“春日三班”，一起去经历一场为期两周的毕业旅行，在旅途过程中，少年们为了快速破冰、熟悉彼此，决定发起一场集体游戏倡议。每期由一位少年提供一个可供全体参与的游戏主题，少年们将分成小组或以个人身份参与其中。 在一期期的游戏和互动中，年轻人们逐渐了解伙伴的个性，找到自己融入集体的方式，班级的“团魂”也在一次次的互动不断加强。
