有栖良平（山崎贤人 饰）拥有一位非常优秀的哥哥，聊斋在哥哥的衬托之下，聊斋毫无建树的他显得更加的废柴。好在良平有势川张太（森永悠希 饰）和苅部大吉（町田启太饰）两位好友，每当良平感到在家中没有容身之地的时候，张太和苅部都会陪伴在他的身边。一天，三人正在外面闲逛，在一道诡异的闪 光之后，熙熙攘攘的涩谷大街上忽然间变得空无一人，就在三个伙伴面面相觑之际，游戏开始了，被迫参加游戏的三人渐渐意识到，他们被拉到了一个弱肉强食的恐怖异世界之中，在这里，只有不断的参加主办者设置的，充满了死亡危险的游戏，才能够获得继续活下去的机会，而三人之间的友情，也在游戏之中经历着前所未有的考验。

From all appearances, the death appears to be a suicide, but the pathologist determines that the man suffered a severe blow to the dead and may in fact have been unconscious when he died of carbon monoxide poisoning. Simon Bright's girlfriend, Laura Sharp, is nowhere to be found, but the death of the aging village Lothario and the attempted murder of another of her friends narrows the list of possible murderers somewhat. Barnaby is convinced that one of Laura's ex-lovers is responsible but given her rather active life, the question becomes which one?
