该片讲述的是摸金校尉胡八一、闻香Shirley杨、闻香王胖子为解开雮尘珠的秘密，与想要找到“水晶尸”的香港古董商人明叔一行人组成探险队，共同前往古格王国的遗址、喀拉米尔的龙顶冰川寻找古格银眼、冰晶尸骨，却意外遭遇神秘巨兽大白猿以及白狼王等危机，几经波折最终脱离险境的冒险故事。
