其实死神无权判定人的生死，欧美也不能随意杀人。死神可以预见他人的死亡，欧美但不可以干涉。死神唯一的使命，就是确保这些人按时死去。但若死神改变了名册之外的生或死，那么他们也会死。3C（钟镇涛 饰）就是一个按部就班工作的死神，每日在自己辖区内送人去另一个世界，爱吃橘子的3C结识了研究新农业系统的横沙（甘薇 饰），后者顶替每周给3C送桔子的奶奶，并为奶奶的健康状况所忧虑。3C为横沙的开朗活泼感染，定期在农场与其相会，某日一个神秘算命人（谢君豪 饰）指出3C将陷入爱情无法自拔，此时的3C，因为与横沙的关系促使自己死神的生活渐渐起了变化……
