《敞开心扉的少年》是腾讯成长守护平台携手奥运冠军邓亚萍，欧美共同打造的倡导家庭沟通的对话节目。联合张萌、欧美傅首尔、李锐、周峻纬、袁成杰等明星观点先锋，邀请兰海、张亚莲、年糕妈妈等教育专家坐阵，和00后的青少年代表一起，敞开孩子心扉，聚焦“亲子时差”，在节目中探讨家庭间的沟通与成长。
