闷热潮湿却许久滴雨未下的江南小镇，战前一桩强奸案引起了轩然大波害者施若洁正是赵然心心念念的“女神”。当得知其家属报案只是普通的性骚扰之后，战前赵然觉得这个事件背后必有隐情，于是决定自己寻找线索为施若洁报仇。一时之间赵然变得焦躁难安，夜不成眠，好友武之其力劝无果。在寻到了一些蛛丝马迹，又听到了目击者的说辞之后。赵然顺藤摸瓜最终锁定了犯罪嫌疑人——拾荒老头，并亲手将他扭送到了警察局。尘埃落定，久违的倾盆大雨终于降临。当第二天赵然趾高气昂的再去警察局协助调查时，似乎一切又变得不对劲了。
