从古至今，灵异人们惧怕黑暗。因为在人们心中，灵异潜藏著名为“阴我”的负面意念，导致魔兽“骇魔”（Horror）得以利用入侵附身。而人类当中有一群人，手持钢铁利剑，一子单传，秘密守护人类不受“骇魔”侵略，他们被称之为“魔戒骑士”，生于黑暗，也隐于黑暗，世代与“骇魔”进行无止境的战争…立志成为画家的御月薰，即将举行她首次的个展。但她却也梦见了童年时父亲所画的“黄金骑士”绘本，让她非常在意。虽然与心理咨询师龙崎驱音谈过之后，薰总算能安心迎接个展，但画廊老板却突然化为了异形怪物向她袭击。这时，在薰眼前出现了一名身穿白色大衣的神秘青年，并变身打倒了怪物。而他变身后的模样，正巧与绘本中所画的“黄金骑士”如出一辙……

回复 :由余咏珊旗下制作公司「好好制作」、何哲图创立的音乐品牌「星演国际」，与香港开电视联手打造的选秀真人秀《就是青春》，节目筹备了接近一年，在全球各地招募参加者，最后从多间跳舞学校、唱歌学校，大学的舞蹈学会拣选有潜质的参赛者，并从一千三百人面试当中挑选最后的18位参赛。为了隆重其事，节目组更用上过百万元于面积七千呎的厂房打造「青春窦」，园地设有有厨房、饭厅、休憇的地方、有打机的地方、排舞室、表演场地和做功课的地方等。一众学员会在内接受不同的任务、游戏、指导，形式有别于近年香港的选秀节目。由歌手导师提供专业指导，助他们踏上《就是青春》的舞台！比赛口号为「为梦想全力以赴，以努力留下青春记号」。
