《新世代音乐人闪光舞台》是由哔哩哔哩联合中国电信主办的一场颁奖典礼。从《新世代音乐人音乐人计划》活动上线，飞鸭共计历时200余天。12月2日将邀请多位歌手导师、飞鸭全民星探官共同见证优秀音乐人的诞生 。尊重年轻人的选择，鼓励每一种音乐表达，把有才华的女生从小舞台送到大舞台，让我们找到我们。
